The Art Museum of the Americas is located on 201 18th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006 - one block from Constitution Hall.

It is open Tuesday through Sunday.
Gallery hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The museum is closed Monday, Federal Holidays, and Good Friday.

The admission to the museum is free.

There is street parking in the area.

Driving
from Virginia:
-take I-66 into Washington, staying in center lane to arrive at Constitution Ave.
-turn left onto 18th Street.  The museum is half a block up on the right.

from Maryland:
-take Georgia Ave into D.C.
-Georgia Ave becomes 7th Street, continue on 7th Street.
-turn right onto Constitution Ave.
-after passing 17th Street, turn right onto Virginia Ave
-after a half block, turn right immediately onto 18th Street.  The museum is on your right.

By Metro
Take the 18th street exit on Farragut West Metro Station, walk towards Constitution Avenue for about 6 blocks. We are on the corner of 18th and Virginia Avenue, just past C Street.

By Bus
