Sandra Bermudez was born in Colombia, and now lives and works in New York City. She received a B.F.A at the Instituto Artistico dell’ abbigliamento Maragoni in Milano, Italy; an M.A in Art Education from Columbia University; and an M.A in Studio Art from New York University. Her work has appeared in more than 30 solo and group exhibitions in Colombia, United States, England, France, China, Japan, Spain, Uruguay and Argentina, and is in private collections in the United States and Latin America.
